  1. Check Connection

    • Please confirm the Soundbar is connected to Port1.

  2. Verify Device Support

    • Ensure your TV / monitor / projector supports ARC.

  3. Set Audio Output

    • Set the display device's audio output to the Soundbar.

  4. Test App Audio

    • Open a TV app and test if the audio is output to the Soundbar.

  5. Still No Audio?
