Fix Xbox Dolby Atmos Audio Issue on Samsung TV + Soundbar

🔹 Problem Overview

  • Devices involved: Samsung TV + Xbox Series X + Soundbar

  • Issue: Xbox is set to Dolby Atmos, but no sound is output to the soundbar


🔧 Step 1: Access Samsung TV Sound Settings

  • Use the Samsung TV remote to enter the settings page.

  • Navigate to: Settings → Sound → Expert Settings


⚡ Step 2: Reset Dolby Atmos

  1. Click on Dolby Atmos to cancel/deactivate it.

  2. Wait a few seconds.

  3. Click on Dolby Atmos again to reactivate it.


💡 Tip:

  • This procedure helps the switcher recognize Dolby Atmos and properly send audio to your soundbar.

  • If the sound still doesn’t output, ensure all devices are connected to the correct HDMI ports (ARC/eARC supported).
